You Are Unstoppable is a gift to young people-and to the parents, teachers, and caregivers who love them. Climate change can be an overwhelming topic, but this book navigates the difficult terrain of climate emotions with clarity, compassion, and honesty. Filled with ideas that are both practical and empowering, You Are Unstoppable will help young people learn how to care for themselves and each other while caring for the planet. As a parent, I'm deeply grateful this book exists.

This is a great resource for young people, to help them cope with climate anxiety & understand how they feel about the climate crisis. Written by two psychologists focusing on how climate change is impacting our mental health, they provide tips and activities to combat climate related worries and turn the anxiety into action. Introducing terms like greenwashing, intersectionality, marginalised groups and climate justice, this is a wonderful book for young people of all ages who want to learn more about the climate justice movement and fight for a better future. There was also a section at the end for parents and educators, exploring ways to communicate with young people about serious topics like climate change and how to make young people feel seen & heard. An overall great resource for everyone wanting to make a difference.
